The Natrona County School District (NCSD) seeks a dynamic leader for Southridge Elementary with the ability to develop and support meaningful collaboration among staff, colleagues, parents, and students; build community partnerships; have a proven record of improving academic performance in a standards based school district; possess experience fostering a positive school environment; and be committed to holding all students and staff to high expectations. Candidates should exhibit strong instructional leadership in an environment of trust and partnership, excel at using data and other relevant information to guide student learning, and have a demonstrated record of excellent communication skills.

Southridge School balances fundamentals with innovative programming, always challenging students to succeed at their current level of ability. Three expectations govern everything at Southridge: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe – for self, for others, and for property. The school believes students, parents, staff, and the greater community share in the responsibility of learning.

Minimum requirements:
Masters degree
Three years of successful teaching experience
Two years of management and administrative or related experience is desirable
Must hold or be eligible for a Wyoming teaching license with a K-12 Principal endorsement

Salary: $91,629.76-$109,129.80
Salary range based on education and experience.

In addition to the salary, NCSD has a competitive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid leave and retirement.

Administrator positions at NCSD are fiscal year day employees. Leave benefits include, 30 days paid annual vacation with an option to get 10 days paid out per year at your daily rate of pay, 12 paid holidays and sick leave.
