You don’t need ESP to be effective, but you will learn about “E.S.P.” and its importance to changing behaviors and performance. Participants will learn how to provide feedback in a way to best communicate with an employee to improve performance concerns before they become a disciplinary issue. Unfortunately, there will be times where discipline becomes necessary. Best practices for documentation and writing effective discipline will also be discussed.
