AI Summit & Micro-Credential
The AI Summit & Micro-Credential brings together PK-12 HR leaders for hands-on learning and real-world application of artificial intelligence in today’s rapidly evolving education landscape. As AI tools quickly reshape recruitment, workforce planning, compliance and daily operations, this summit equips HR leaders with the knowledge and practical skills needed to lead with confidence.
Day One offers two focused learning pathways: an AI Essentials Micro-Credential designed for those building foundational understanding and an AI Advanced Micro-Credential for leaders ready to implement, evaluate and scale AI tools within their districts. Both pathways emphasize ethical use, data privacy, bias mitigation and compliance considerations specific to K–12 environments. Following completion of this training participants will take a short assessment to earn either an AI Essentials or AI Advanced Micro-Credential.
**Following this training, participants will receive 12-month access to the AI Learning Management System online course and earn a certificate and digital badge upon completion.
Day Two features district-led sessions on implementation strategies and real-world case studies, highlighting how schools are using AI to streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate engagement, automate routine HR workflows, support employee relations and make more informed, data-driven decisions.

Once you register, you are subject to the following AI Summit & Micro-Credential Cancellation Policy.
PLEASE NOTE: All registrations must be paid at the time of registration with a credit card. Purchase orders are not accepted for this event.
Cancellation Policy:
All registration cancellations must be made in writing & received no later than Friday, March 20, 2026 to receive a refund. A refund of the registration fee, minus a cancellation fee of $100, will be given for cancellations received by Friday, March 20, 2026. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure, state or district travel restrictions, medical or weather-related cancellations. AASPA is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs associated with the conference if the registrant is unable to attend or if the event is rescheduled or transitioned to virtual. I understand that by selecting “Complete Registration” I agree to the above cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the deadline of March 20, 2026.
Transfer Fee: After April 9, 2026 any registration transferred to another individual will incur a $50 transfer fee. Any registrations made onsite at the event will incur an additional $50 onsite registration fee.
