Rob Freil

Dr. Robert S Freil currently works as the Assistant Superintendent for the South Western School District, located in Hanover, PA. He has been in public education throughout the commonwealth of PA since August of 1997, having worked in all levels of three school organizations, from teacher to Assistant Principal, to Principal, to Director of Curriculum Instruction and Assessment.

His primary work is with systems level leadership development, professional development within the area of teaching and learning, and instructional and curriculum coaching. He has also worked in the areas of human capital development throughout organizations, including work with selection and placement decisions, onboarding/induction of new staff, supervision and evaluation processes, and ongoing professional development and training.
