Job Description:

Under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools, performs administrative duties and provides leadership in the operation of the Human Resources Department in such a manner as to enhance the performance and morale of district personnel, promote the overall efficiency of the school district, and ensure that student learning and well-being is the primary focus. The position is responsible for the overall planning, organization, administration, and evaluation programs for all certificated and classified employees. As a part of the superintendent’s executive leadership team and cabinet, the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources is responsible for articulating and executing the strategic priorities of the district’s strategic plan. In addition, the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources fosters a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive (DEI) culture that promotes educational equity. Salary: $144,332 - $171,167
