Please find attached proposed amendments to the AASPA Constitution and Bylaws. According to Article XV, the AASPA Constitution and Bylaws may be amended at the business meeting of the Association's Annual Conference by a two-thirds vote of the active members present and voting. This email serves as your official notification of these proposals. 

These changes will be voted on at the Annual Business Meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 10:15 a.m. in Seattle, WA. Upon approval, they will become effective immediately.

Limited copies of these amendments will be available at the Conference Informational Table during the conference and on the conference app. Please be sure to let me know what questions you have.
